VIP Content Day

Get a month’s worth of content done in a single focused day.

You know your content needs attention.

You just haven't had the time, the words, or the energy to deal with it.

That's where the VIP Content Day comes in. You and I spend a dedicated day getting your content sorted: social posts written, emails ready to send, your website copy tightened up, and brand templates you can actually use going forward.

No ongoing commitment. No drawn-out timelines. Just one productive day and a full content load off your plate.

Our Process

This is a good fit if you are a wellness practitioner, fitness coach, or small business owner who has been meaning to deal with your content for months, needs a reset without signing up for a retainer, or wants to hand things off completely and get back to what you actually do.

Who is this for

Pick three of the four, based on what your business needs most right now.

  1. One month of social media captions, written and ready to schedule. Up to 12 posts tailored to your voice and your audience.

  2. An email campaign from scratch. Whether it is a newsletter, a promotional send, or a welcome sequence, you will have a finished, ready-to-send draft by end of day.

  3. A website SEO refresh. We will update your page titles, meta descriptions, and headline copy to help the right people find you.

  4. Canva caption templates for your brand. A set of branded, reusable social templates so your feed stays consistent long after our day together.

What we cover

The day before, we have a 30-minute kickoff call to align on priorities, gather your brand info, and make sure I have everything I need to hit the ground running.

On the day itself, I work through your chosen deliverables in focused blocks. You are free to go run your business. By end of day, everything lands in your inbox, finished and ready to use.
